After the 2nd round of the European Business Awards that was attended by 200 European companies, Rīgas Karte, the subsidiary of Rīgas satiksme, was listed among the best ten companies and will continue fighting for the award. The European Business Awards is an annual competition organised in Europe since 2007. It gives an opportunity for dynamically developing companies compare their business with the best companies in Europe.
During the 2nd round of the competition, each nominated participant on the European level was compared with other companies in the same category. Rīgas Karte was included in the category “Information system business with turnover under 20 million euro of the year”. The final event and awarding ceremony of the European Business Awards will be held on 21 February in Düsseldorf, Germany.
